Tom is an experienced Managing Director specialising in the manufacturing and engineering sectors where technical competence and process control are critical to success.
He began his career as a young engineering apprentice with Caterpillar (UK) Limited where he enjoyed a 22 year career in a variety of technical and shop floor supervisory roles. He left to join an Ayrshire forging business in 1987 as a Die Shop Manager and after a series of management roles became General Manager in 1995.
