Peter Graham
Management Information
Peter is an Economics graduate from the University of Strathclyde and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
In his career he has worked for a variety of businesses across a range of sectors and since becoming an associate of Symphony in 2009 he has largely operated as an extension of the management team in the role of interim Finance Director or Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Symphony he worked for six years with Henderson Associates, working in distressed and turnaround situations. In situations where liquidity is becoming an issue Peter is experienced in identifying the true cash needs of the business and in taking steps to implement stringent cash flow controls and effective creditor management.
Peter is experienced in all aspects of financial management including:
- Improving the effectiveness of transaction processing activities
- Finance and stewardship, including management reporting and cash management
- Decision support and control activities, including budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting and pricing considerations
